IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF SEBASTIAN COUNTY, ARKANSAS, PROBATE DIVISION. IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF RUSSELL EUGENE EVANS, DECEASED, No. 66FPR-26-183. NOTICE. LAST KNOWN ADDRESS: 2034 N 52nd St., Fort Smith, Sebastian County, AR 72904; DATE OF DEATH: April 20, 2026. The undersigned was appointed personal representative of the Estate of the above-named Decedent on May 6, 2026. An instrument dated September 9, 2025, was admitted to probate as the last will and testament of the above-named Decedent, and the undersigned has been appointed personal representative thereunder. Contest of the probate of the will can be effected only by filing a petition within the time provided by law. All persons having claims against the estate, including those for injury or death caused by the negligence of the decedent, must exhibit them, duly verified, to the undersigned within six (6) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they shall be forever barred and precluded from any benefit in the estate. This notice first published May 12th 2026.
