Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Board of Zoning Adjustment for a Zoning Variance Request in the City of Bella Vista.  The applicant, Property Partners of NWA, LLC., has requested a variance from lot tree preservation requirements for a project located at 12 Pershore Lane, (Parcel 16-33221-000), Lot 6, Block 2, Worchester Subdivision. The public hearing will be held at 4:30 p.m. on June 8th, 2026 at the Bella Vista District Court (2483 Forest Hills Blvd) or as otherwise shown at bellavistaar.gov/public hearing.
