Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Board of Zoning Adjustment for a Zoning Variance Request in the City of Bella Vista.  The applicant, David Callison, has requested a variance of the retaining wall placement standards located at 3 McKeever Ln. on Parcel 16-23432-000 (Lot 11, Block 9 of the Oniell Subdivision). The public hearing will be held at 4:30 p.m. on June 8th, 2026 at the Bella Vista District Court (2483 Forest Hills Blvd) or as otherwise shown at bellavistaar.gov/public hearing.
