Each bid must be sealed and marked LANDSCAPING SERVICES FOR DISTRICT SITES, Bid No. 301:26-27.The General contractor is required to assure that all subcontractors meet all requirements and certifications of the specifications at the time of bid.All bids shall be made on bid forms furnished by the District. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any irregularities or informalities on any bid or bidding.It shall be mandatory upon the contractor to whom the contract is awarded, and upon any subcontractor under him, to pay not less than the general prevailing rate per diem wages in the locality in which this work is to be performed for each craft or type of workman needed to execute the contract based on a working day of eight (8) hours.
