NOTICE INVITING BIDS STREET IMPROVEMENTS ON VARIOUS STREETS FY 2025-2026 Contract Time: 40 Working Days DESCRIPTION OF WORK The project consists of pavement cold mill and applying ARHM overlay. It includes replacing sidewalk, pavement section, driveway, curb and gutter, adjusting manhole frames and valves to grade, adjusting water valve and water meter box to grade, installing detectable warning surface, speed hump, tree removal, irrigation, signing, striping, curb painting, and other incidental and appurtenant work necessary for the proper completion of the Project. A 10% Bidder's Bond is required with the Bid. The successful contractor will be required to provide: (1) Liability insurance naming the City of Bell as additional insured; (2) Proof of workman's compensation insurance coverage; (3) 100% Faithful Performance Bond; and (4) 100% Labor and Material Bond. Bidders may obtain free copies of the bid solicitation package online by accessing the City's OpenGov portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cityofbell. Only those bidders who have registered as a vendor and are included in and appear on the prospective bidders list may submit a bid.
