NOTICE TO BIDDERS / INVITATION TO BIDNotice is hereby given that the governing board of the Hacienda La Puente Unified School District (“District”) will only receive bids from District Prequalified Contractors for: Bid 2025-26. 07 Fire Alarm Implementation: Baldwin, Grazide & Kwis (“Project”).Bidders must submit sealed bids on or before 3:00 p.m., May 13, 2026, at 15959 E Gale Ave., City of Industry, CA 91745. At this time the District will open the bids & publicly read them aloud. Any claim of error must be made in compliance with Public Contract Code § 5100, et seq. The District is not responsible for bids received after the deadline noted above or bids misdelivered, by any method, even to a different District address.The Project consists of: Comprehensive upgrades to fire alarm systems.All bids shall be on the form provided by the District & must conform and be responsive to all pertinent Contract Documents.Bidders are required to possess an active C-10 California Contractor License at the time of the bid opening & throughout the term of the Contract.Bidders shall provide a bid bond or other acceptable security in the amount of 10% of their total bid price.
