NOTICE INVITING BIDS TOWN OF CORTE MADERA MARIN COUNTY STATE OF CALIFORNIA CORTE MADERA INTERGENERATIONAL CENTER PROJECT NO. 25010 SEALED BIDS will be received at the office of the Town Clerk, located at 300 Tamalpais Drive, Corte Madera, California 94925, until the hour of 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 7th, 2026 at which time they will be publicly opened and read, for performing the following work as indicated in the construction plans: The Corte Madera Intergenerational Center project consists of interior tenant improvements within an existing commercial space of approximately 3,100 square feet, including selective demolition of existing improvements, installation of interior walls, doors, and ceiling systems; modifications to plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems; lighting modifications; installation of new plumbing fixtures and appliances; installation of cabinets; related appurtenant work; and all work necessary to complete the improvements as shown on the plans and specified herein. The Engineer's estimate for this project is $360,000. The Contractor shall possess a valid Class "B" License at the time contract is awarded. A nonmandatory prebid site walk is scheduled for Tuesday, April 28, 2026 at 1:00pm at the project site: 195 Tamal Vista Blvd, Corte Madera, CA 94925. Plans, Specifications, and Bid Forms may be obtained at the Town of Corte Madera Website (link below) and must be downloaded a minimum of 72 hours prior to bid, for no charge. Marin County Standard Specifications may be obtained at the County of Marin Public Works Department. All prospective Bidders shall also check the project webpage within 48 hours prior to bid for any bid addenda. Any bid addenda will be posted at least 72 hours prior to bid.
