NOTICE INVITING PROPOSALS Request for Proposal (RFP) 25/26-010 Fire Alarm and Sprinkler Inspection and Testing Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the Dublin Unified School District of Alameda County, State of California, will receive up to and no later than 2:00 pm, on Friday May 22, 2026, sealed proposals for the RFP 25/26-010 Fire Alarm and Sprinkler Inspection and Testing. Such proposals shall be received at the Dublin Unified School District, Purchasing Office, 7471 Larkdale Avenue Dublin CA 94568 or, Purchasing@dublinusd.org. Bids shall be two files clearly marked Proposal and Cost. Bid documents can be downloaded from the District website at www.dublin.k12.ca.us under Departments, Purchasing, Bid Opportunities. Each Bid must conform and be fully responsive to this invitation and all other documents comprising the pertinent contract documents, submitted on the printed forms provided by the Dublin Unified School District, and sealed. The District reserves the right to accept, reject or modify any or all bids, alternate bids, or unit price, in whole or in part, or waive any formalities, technical defect, clerical error, or irregularity in any bid received, and to be the sole judge of the responsibility of any bidder and of the suitability of the equipment, supplies, and/or services offered.
