NOTICE INVITING PROPOSALS TITLE OF WORK: Engineering Services for the Coral Street Pump Station Electrical Relocation Project- Phase 2 SUMMARY OF WORK: The Project work covered under this RFP covers engineering services including but not limited to: Project Management and Coordination, 60% and 100% design and preparation of plans, specifications, and estimates using work previously done, such as construction activity estimates, surveying, architectural renderings, and geotechnical investigations. Conducting a 60% design review workshop with Project constituents. FUNDING REQUIREMENTS: The Project is to be funded with the following funding source: U.S. Department of Homeland Security FEMA Region 9 Hazard Mitigation Grant Program Funds; must conform to applicable federal law and federal procurement standards (2 CFR 200) additional federal and state funding source provisions ("Funding Source Requirements") applicable to the Project are set forth in Exhibit "F" of the Agreement included as part of this RFP. Respondent is expected to familiarize itself with the Funding Source Requirements. The required completion date for the design phase of this project is March 2027. Respondents are required to seek and encouraged to use certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) on the Project as described in the Request for Proposals. Respondents must be registered in the governmentwide System for Award Management (SAM). PROPOSAL DUE DATE: M1W will accept proposals until 2:30 PM PST on June 18, 2026.
