LEGAL NOTICEThe City of Orange, Public Works Department – Engineering Division requests a proposal for Survey and Environmental Services for the Riverdale Avenue Complete Street Improvement Project (RFP No. 25-26.18; SP-4308). The City is requesting consultant services for the preparation of topographic survey plans and data and environmental services for the project. The City has received grant funding from the Southern California Region of Government for the preliminary engineering and construction phases through the Orange County Complete Streets Program.A digital copy of the RFP is available on the City’s website: https://www.cityoforange.org/business/current-bids-proposalsMandatory Online Pre-Submittal Meeting will be scheduled on May 7, 2026 (Thursday) at 10:00 am. Meeting link and details will be provided on the RFP.Deadline to submit questions will be May 14, 2026 (Thursday) at 5:00 pm.Four (4) hard copies of the consultant proposal and a separate cost proposal must be submitted by 5:00 pm on May 28, 2026 (Thursday).
