NOTICE INVITING QUALIFICATIONS AND PROPOSALS

SEALED BID PROPOSALS DUE: MAY 27, 2026, NO LATER THAN 4:00 P.M.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: that the Perris Elementary School District of Riverside County, State of California, acting by and through its Governing Board, hereafter referred to as the "District" , in soliciting sealed qualifications and proposals in response to RFQP No 260519 for Expanded Learning After School and Intersession Programs.RFQP Documents are available on or after May 19, 2026. Interested parties may obtain the documents necessary to submit Qualifications and Proposals from: ARC (American Reprographics Company), 345 Clinton Street, Costa Mesa, CA 92626, Phone: (714)424-8525. To order documents from ARC as a download, CD or hardcopy/paper, visit www.e-arc.com/location/costa-mesa [http://www.e-arc.com/location/costa-mesa] then click on Public Planroom, and search by Perris Elementary School District in the dropdown list, or call ARC and request the Planwell Department for orders. Downloads are available at no charge. Hardcopy/paper or CD cost will be available with Project information on ARC. The costs for all RFQP Documents are non-refundable. Any mailing costs are direct with the reprographic company. The District does not ensure the availability, accuracy, or completeness of plans, specifications, and any other RFQP documents related to this solicitation if they are not obtained from American Reprographics Company ("ARC").

Pre-proposal inquiries shall be submitted to Ms. Barbosa, via e-mail only, per RFQP instructions at the e-mail address provided in this Notice and RFQP Documents.
Deadline for submission of sealed Bid Proposals: May 27, 2026, No Later Than 4:00 p.m.
Interested respondents to the RFQP are invited to submit a sealed bid proposal in response to their RFQP by delivering one (1) unbound original copy, four (4) Evaluator copies in three (3) ring binders, and one (1) electronic copy (flash drive) of their bid proposal to: Perris Elementary School District, ATTN: Ms. Angelica Barbosa, Purchasing Department - RFQP 260519, 143 E 1st Street, Perris, CA 92570, Phone: (951)657-3118 Ext 4030, Email: angelica.barbosa@perrisesd.org [angelica.barbosa@perrisesd.org] (no emailed submissions).
All responses must be clearly marked on the outside of a sealed envelope, with the Bid Proposer's company name and RFQP Number. It is the Bid Proposer's sole responsibility to ensure that its bid proposal response is received at the correct location and no later than the date and time stated in this Notice. No Bid Proposer may withdraw its bid proposal for a period of ninety (90) days after the deadline set for this RFQP.
Proposals will not be opened publicly, however a list of the names and companies submitting qualification and proposal packages will be available within a reasonable time after the submittal deadline and District evaluations.
Pursuant to California Education Code section 39802, the District reserves the right to contract to a Bid Proposer other than the lowest Bid Proposer. The Perris Elementary School District shall be the sole judge of the services offered, and reserves the right to reject any or all qualifications and bid proposals, to waive any irregularities or informalities not affected by law, to accept one or more items of a bid proposal, and to evaluate the bid proposals submitted and to award the contract(s) according to the proposal which best serves the interests of said District.
