CITY OF ONTARIO NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING. NOTICE is hereby given that on Tuesday, March 3rd, 2026, at 6:30 PM, the City of Ontario City Council will hold a public hearing at City Hall Council Chambers located at 303 East B Street, Ontario, CA 91764. NOTICE is further given that a public hearing will be held for consideration of the following project(s) which are exempt from requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act or for which no environmental action is required: A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER AN INTRODUCTION OF AN ORDINANCE ADDING CHAPTER 34 (FLAVORED TOBACCO; NITROUS OXIDE) TO TITLE 5 (PUBLIC WELFARE, MORALS AND CONDUCT) OF THE ONTARIO MUNICIPAL CODE, PROHIBITING THE SALE OF FLAVORED TOBACCO AND NITROUS OXIDE WITHIN THE CITY. All interested persons are invited to attend this hearing and be heard at the time and place specified above regarding the matter under consideration. All supporting documents are available for review during normal business hours of the City of Ontario at the City of Ontario City Clerk's office, City Hall, 303 East B Street, Ontario, California 91764 or on the City's website at https://www.ontarioca.gov/Agendas/CityCouncil. The purpose of this notice is to inform the public of the public hearing and that the supporting information for each project has been completed and is available for public review until the City Council hearing.
