This item will be heard at the regular City Council meeting scheduled for February 24, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the City Hall Council Chambers, 340 Palos Verdes Drive West, Palos Verdes Estates, CA 90274.
