CITY OF ONTARIO NOTICE OF ZONING ADMINISTRATOR PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE is hereby given that on Monday, March 2, 2026, at 2 PM , the City of Ontario Zoning Administrator will hold public hearings in the City Hall Council Chambers located at 303 East "B" Street, Ontario, CA 91764. NOTICE is further given that a public hearing will be held for consideration of the following project which is exempt from requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act or for which no environmental action is required: ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REVIEW FOR FILE NO. PCUP25001 : A public hearing to consider a Conditional Use Permit to establish a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility for vitamin supplements on 0.65 acres of land, located at 1710 East Grevillea Court, within the IG (General Industrial) zoning district. The project is categorically exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15301 (Class 1, Existing Facilities) of the CEQA Guidelines. The proposed project is located within the Airport Influence Area of Ontario International Airport and was evaluated and found to be consistent with the policies and criteria of the Ontario International Airport Land Use Compatibility Plan (APN: 011363113); submitted by Great White Label, LLC. All supporting documents are available for review at the City of Ontario Planning Department, City Hall, 303 East "B" Street, Ontario, California and on the City's website at https://www.ontarioca.gov/government/agendas/zoningadministrator The project site is not on a list compiled pursuant to Government Code section 65962.5 (CAL/EPA Hazardous Waste & Substances Sites List). The purpose of this notice is to inform the public that the supporting information for each project, has/have been completed and are available for public review for a period of at least 10 days beginning the first date of publication which is anticipated to be February 20, 2026, ending on March 2, 2026. All written comments concerning the proposed projects and/or environmental documents should be directed to the Ontario Planning Department, City Hall, 303 East B Street, Ontario, California, 91764. Written comments must be received by 1 PM to the Zoning Administrator on March 2, 2026, so that they may be reviewed and considered with the proposed project; comments sent via email to planningdirector@ontarioca.gov will be accepted. The decision of the Zoning Administrator is final unless appealed within 10 calendar days. Appeals must be filed with the Planning Department, completed on the appeal application form, and be accompanied by the appropriate fee.
