CITY OF ONTARIO NOTICE OF PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY FOR A SUPPLEMENTAL ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT NOTICE is hereby given that on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at 6:30 PM , the City of Ontario Planning Commission will hold public hearings in the City Hall Council Chambers located at 303 East "B" Street, Ontario, CA 91764. NOTICE is further given that a public hearing will be held for consideration of the following projects for which a previously prepared and certified Environmental Impact Report (EIR) is proposed to be used: ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT REVIEW FOR FILE NO. PDA25004 : A public hearing to consider a Development Agreement between the City of Ontario, SLV LC Center LLC, HCW LC Center LLC, Strack Farms Land LLC, RHV Edison Ave LLC, MV Edison Ave LLC, and EPC Holdings 938 LLC to establish the terms and conditions associated with Tentative Tract Map 20779 (File No. PMTT25007), located on the northwest corner of Hamner Avenue and Ladybug Paseo within Planning Area 10A of the Rich Haven Specific Plan (File No. PSPA22001).
