COASTAL DEVELOPMENT PERMIT NO. 25-020 (BLUFF TOP SLOPE REMEDIATION): Applicant : City of Huntington Beach, Public Works Department Property Owner: State of California Department of General Services Request: To repair slope failure along a section of the existing bike path, between the Dog Beach Blufftop parking lots. Project activities would include removal of failed soil and debris, reconstruction of the slope, installation of erosion control fabric, installation of drought resistant landscaping with irrigation, and reconstruction of the bike path. Said appeal must be accompanied by a filing fee of Three Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy-Six Dollars ($3,876.00) if the appeal is filed by a single family dwelling property owner appealing the decision on his own property and Five Thousand Three Hundred Forty-Nine Dollars ($5,349.00) if the appeal is filed by any other party. The appeal shall be submitted to the Secretary of the Planning Commission within ten (10) calendar days of the date of the Zoning Administrator's action, unless otherwise noted.
