NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF REDDING
ANNUAL PHA PLAN
The Housing Authority of the City of Redding’s (RHA) Annual Public Housing Authority (PHA) Plan is available for public review and comment. The Annual PHA Plan is available for review online at: https://www.cityofredding.gov/government/departments/housing/redding_housing_authority.php and by appointment at the City Clerk’s office (530-225-4447) or the Housing Authority Office (530-225-4048) located at 777 Cypress Avenue in Redding.
Public comments may be submitted in writing or orally at the RHA’s April 7, 2026, Special Meeting. The April meeting formally concludes the forty-five-day public review period. This meeting will commence at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 777 Cypress Avenue, Redding California. Comments may also be directed to Redding Housing Authority, PO Box 496071, Redding, California 96049-6071, any time before the meeting date.
