NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE REDDING PLANNING COMMISSION On Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at 4:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers located in City Hall, at 777 Cypress Avenue, Redding, California, the Redding Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on whether to recommend to City Council to approve, modify, or deny the projects described in this notice: SUBDIVISION MAP APPLICATION S-2024-00740, PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PLAN PD-2024-00741, and REZONING APPLICATION RZ-2024-00795, by J&L Custom Homes, to subdivide a 1.65-acre parcel located at 4363 Churn Creek Road into 16 parcels, and to rezone the property from “RM-9” Residential Multiple-Family District to “RM-9-PD” Residential Multiple-Family District with Planned Development Overlay. This project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). The text and copies of the environmental documents, site plans, all reference documents, and staff report associated with these projects are available for review through the Development Services Department Permit Center, 777 Cypress Avenue, Redding, California.
