NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE REDDING PLANNING COMMISSION On Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at 4:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers located in City Hall, at 777 Cypress Avenue, Redding, California, the Redding Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on whether to approve, modify, or deny the project described in this notice: AMENDMENT APPLICATION AMND-2025-01528, an amendment to USE PERMIT UP-265-83, by J.F. Shea Aggregate Products, to amend an existing use permit and reclamation plan to allow for receipt of and storage of recycled grindings, on property located at 17400 Clear Creek Road in an “HI-MR” Heavy Industrial District with a Mineral Resources Overlay District. Staff is recommending adoption of an addendum to the Clear Creek Aggregate Plant Facilities EIR. The text and copies of the proposed amendments, environmental documents, site plans, all reference documents, and staff report associated with this project are available for review through the Development Services Department Permit Center, 777 Cypress Avenue, Redding, California.
