NOTICEPUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Grass Valley Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers at Grass Valley City Hall, 125 East Main Street, Grass Valley, California, for the following project:
Major Use Permit (25PLN-0041): Details a proposal for a 73,811 square-foot gravel outdoor yard with 122-stalls for boat and recreational vehicle storage. An existing security gate is proposed to be used, a new key-pad pin entry, with new rolling gate entrance, new motion activated light, and associated landscape area is proposed. No cut and no fill is proposed. Project Location : 865 Idaho Maryland Road (APN: 009-680-021). Environmental Review : Exempt per Class 32, 15332, In-fill Development Projects, of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). The Planning Commission will make a determination to take action on the project.
