Environmental Review: Exempt per Class 32, Section 15301.a, Class 1, Existing Facilities, of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). The Planning Commission will make a determination to take action on the project. Information on this proposal is available at the Community Development Department, Planning Division at Grass Valley City Hall during normal business hours, M - Th; 7:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. The City Planner will consider he public hearing statements and testimony submitted for and against this matter.
