ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VACAVILLE AMENDING THE VACAVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE BY CHANGE OF ZONING MAP FOR A VACANT 9.91-ACRE SITE LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LEISURE TOWN ROAD AND REDSTONE PARKWAY (APN 0137-030-160) FROM RESIDENTIAL HIGH DENSITY TO RESIDENTIAL MEDIUM DENSITY The proposed ordinance requests a General Plan Amendment, Zoning Map Amendment, Airport Area of Influence Review, and a Tentative Subdivision Map for the Harvest Ridge Subdivision, to be located on an approximately 9.91-acre parcel located at the northwest corner of Leisure Town Road and Redstone Parkway, in the Southtown Subdivision. The proposed amendments are to change the parcel's General Plan land use designation and Zoning Map zoning district from Residential High Density (20.1-30 du/ac) to Residential Medium Density. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a copy of the full ordinance is available for inspection at the office of the City Clerk of Vacaville, 650 Merchant Street.
