YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that on or about January 4, 2026, Petitioners, Jessica and Todd Morgan, filed a Petition for Stepparent Adoption in the County Court of Douglas County, Nebraska for the adoption of Amelia Lane Moldenhauer (born 2011) and Juliet Ann Moldenhauer (born 2015). As the biological father, you have certain accompanying legal rights. You may choose to object to the adoption proceeding, consent to and participate in the adoption proceeding, or waive any further rights to the children, including the right to participate in the adoption proceeding.
