To Defendants RAYMOND JOHN BALDONADO JR., an individual doing business as FATELL and FATELL MUSIC GROUP, and FRENZEE BROADCASTING, a California Corporation:
A civil lawsuit has been filed against you by Plaintiff ASAF FULKS in the United States District Court for the Central District of California, Eastern Division. The Complaint asserts eight causes of action, including copyright infringement under 17 U.S.C. section 501, breach of oral contract, fraud and intentional misrepresentation, unjust enrichment, unfair business practices under California Business and Professions Code section 17200, breach of fiduciary duty, intentional interference with prospective economic advantage, and accounting.
The Court may decide against you without your being heard unless you respond in writing within twenty-one (21) days after service by publication is deemed complete under California Code of Civil Procedure section 415.50 and California Government Code section 6064, which is twenty-eight (28) days after the date of first publication. Failure to respond may result in a default judgment being entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint, including statutory damages of up to $150,000 per work, punitive damages, injunctive relief, an accounting, disgorgement of profits, costs, and attorneys' fees.
Service is made by publication and email pursuant to the Court's Order dated April 22, 2026 (Dkt. 12). Copies of the Summons, Complaint, Standing Order, and Order Authorizing Service by Publication have been sent to Defendants at their known email addresses.
