NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, the City Council of the City of Moreno Valley adopted Urgency Ordinance No. 1043 by the following vote: AYES: Mayor Ulises Cabrera, Mayor Pro Tem District 3 Councilmember Erlan Gonzalez, District 2 Councilmember Ed Delgado, and District 4 Councilmember Cheylynda Barnard; NOES: None; ABSTAIN: None; and ABSENT: District 1 Councilmember Elena Baca-Santa Cruz.
