Notice is hereby given that a report has been prepared containing a description of each parcel of real property which is subject to a tax or charge in any of the above listed zones of the CSD for fiscal year 2026/27 and the proposed maximum and applied amount of the tax/charge against the parcel in connection with each applicable zone. The report is on file in the Office of the Secretary of the CSD (City Clerk of the City of Moreno Valley), located at 14177 Frederick Street, Moreno Valley, California, and is available for public inspection during business hours. The report is also available online at www.moval.org/sd. A public hearing on the report will be held by the Board of Directors of the CSD on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as feasible, in the City Council Chamber located at 14177 Frederick Street, Moreno Valley, California. At the Public Hearing, the Board of Directors will hear and consider any objections or protests to the report. At the conclusion of the public hearing, the Board of Directors may adopt or revise the taxes/charges and may make its determination on each affected parcel. The hearing will be broadcast on Channel MVTV-3 and streamed live via YouTube, Facebook and the City’s website. Upon request, this Public Hearing Notice will be made available in appropriate alternative formats to persons with disabilities, in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 and all related federal rules and regulations. Any person with a disability who requires a modification or accommodation in order to participate in these activities should direct such requests to the ADA Coordinator, at 951.413.3350 at least 72 hours before the activity.
