AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MORENO VALLEY, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING CHAPTER 12.14 (POLICE AND CITY OF MORENO VALLEY ROTATIONAL TOW SERVICE) OF TITLE 12 (VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC) OF THE MORENO VALLEY MUNICIPAL CODE On April 21, 2026, the City Council of the City of Moreno Valley introduced (first reading) of Ordinance No. 1044, by title only and waived further reading of the text, by the following vote: AYES: Mayor Ulises Cabrera, Mayor Pro Tem District 3 Councilmember Erlan Gonzalez, District 2 Councilmember Ed Delgado, and District 4 Councilmember Cheylynda Barnard; NOES: None; ABSTAIN: None; ABSENT: District 1 Councilmember Elena Baca-Santa Cruz.
