CITY OF SAUSALITONOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARINGORDINANCE NO. 05-2026 AN ORDINANCE OF THE SAUSALITO CITY COUNCIL AMENDING SAUSALITO MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 8.02.070 TO ADOPT ENERGY REACH CODE REQUIREMENTS FOR SINGLE FAMILY REMODELS, AMENDING SAUSALITO MUNICIPAL CODE 8.02.120 TO ADOPT CALGREEN TIER 1 VOLUNTARY MEASURES, AND ENACTING SAUSALITO MUNICIPAL CODE CHAPTER 8.04 (LOW CARBON CONCRETE STANDARDS). NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the SausalitoCity Council unanimously adopted OrdinanceNo. 05-2026 at the Regular City Council Meetingheld on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at 5:00 p.m, inthe City Council Chambers at City Hall, 420 LithoStreet, Sausalito on the following proposed action: Introduce and Waive first reading of Ordinance No 05-2026, and ordinance of Sausalito City Council Amending Sausalito Municipal Code Section 8.02.070 to Adopt Energy Reach Code Requirements for Single Family Business Remodels, Amending Sausalito Municipal Code Section 8.02.120 to Adopt CALGreen Tier 1 Voluntary Measures, and Enacting Sausalito Municipal Code Chapter 8.04 (Low Carbon Concrete Standards).
