In substance, the ordinance amends the Truckee Municipal Code, Chapter 10.18 Parking Regulations to add clarification and updates to Sections 10.18.060, 10.18.070, 10.18.160 and 10.18.170, repeals Section 10.18.190, and adds Section 10.18.210 for the establishment of an overnight parking permit program.
