Town of TruckeeTown Clerk’s Ordinance SummaryOrdinance 2026-06 On April 7, 2026, the Truckee Town Council introduced Ordinance 2026-06. The ordinance would amend the Truckee Municipal Code, Title 18, Development Code, in support of the 2040 General Plan implementation to create a Deed-Restricted Housing Incentives ordinance. The ordinance would also include related clean-up amendments to the Development Code, as well as enacting a new Section 18.25.105 regarding design standards for multi-family residential projects in the Historic Preservation Overlay District. The second reading of the ordinance is scheduled for the April 28, 2026, Town Council meeting. If adopted, the ordinance will become effective May 28, 2026.
