NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Anaheim City Engineer will hold a Grading Project Review Meeting open to the Public in the Public Works South Conference Room at Anaheim City Hall, 200 South Anaheim Boulevard Suite 276, Anaheim, CA on Wednesday, June 3, 2026 at 10:00am to present the following proposed grading activity:

CRF Engineering6782 Stanton Avenue, Suite ABuena Park, CA 90621The proposed project site is located at 530 Golden Sky Lane in the City of Anaheim. The project proposes the construction of a new 2,671 SF home with a 400 SF attached garage and a 179 SF balcony.
The grading plan is available for review at the Public Works Department, Subdivision Section, Anaheim City Hall, 2 nd Floor, Suite 276. All interested parties are invited to attend the Grading Review Meeting for purposes of obtaining project information and a general overview of the grading project.
