Notice of public sale notice is hereby given that in accordance with the California Civil Code Section 798.56a and California Commercial Code Section 7209 and 7210, the mobile home described as: SAHARA, ABA1320, Serial S1935 and Insignia 45439, will be sold at a public auction on May 26, 2026 at 9 a.m., at 22325 Hwy 18 Apple Valley, CA 92307. The parties believed to claim an interest, Arturo Reyes, Hermitage Mobile Home Sales, and Matilda A. Chafin, have been given notice and the time specified for payment in the notice has expired. The total amount due on this property is $3,646.53 and will increase on a daily basis at a rate of $21.06 per day plus additional amounts incurred shall be added to this amount as provided in the Commercial Code. Winning bidder is required to pay in full in certified funds and remove the mobile home at close of sale.
