The project involves a request for a Zoning Text Amendment to amend the City’s Zoning Ordinance to allow parking lots without a primary use within the Community Commercial (CC) zoning district, subject to approval of a Conditional Use Permit. A Conditional Use Permit (CUP 2026-01) is also requested, should the Zoning Text Amendment be adopted. When and Where?6:00 PM, Wednesday, May 13, 2026Avenal Theater233 E.
