NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF CAPITOLA CITY COUNCIL Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Capitola will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, May 28, 2026, beginning at the hour of 6:00 P.M. in the City Council Chambers, 420 Capitola Avenue, Capitola, California, to consider the following: Adoption of the Fiscal Year 2026-27 Measure D Five-Year Program of Projects Adoption of a Resolution Approving the Fiscal Year 2026-27 SB 1 Road Maintenance and Rehabilitation Account (RMRA) Project List The Measure D Five-Year Program of Projects identifies anticipated transportation projects and expenditures funded through Measure D revenues over the next five fiscal years. The SB 1 resolution identifies projects proposed to receive Road Maintenance and Rehabilitation Account funding pursuant to Senate Bill 1, the Road Repair and Accountability Act of 2017. Testimony may be presented in person, emailed, or submitted in written form prior to the hearing and made part of the record.
