NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF CAPITOLA CITY COUNCIL Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Capitola will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, May 28, 2026, beginning at the hour of 6:00 P.M. in the City Council Chambers, 420 Capitola Avenue, Capitola, California, to consider the following: Adoption of the Fiscal Year 2026-27 Measure D Five-Year Program of Projects Adoption of a Resolution Approving the Fiscal Year 2026-27 SB 1 Road Maintenance and Rehabilitation Account (RMRA) Project List The Measure D Five-Year Program of Projects identifies anticipated transportation projects and expenditures funded through Measure D revenues over the next five fiscal years. The SB 1 resolution identifies projects proposed to receive Road Maintenance and Rehabilitation Account funding pursuant to Senate Bill 1, the Road Repair and Accountability Act of 2017.
