NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ABANDONMENT AND VACATION OF PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY PURSUANT TO THE PUBLIC STREETS, HIGHWAYS, AND SERVICE EASEMENTS VACATION LAW PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY ABANDONMENT AND VACATION PORTION OF EATON ROAD PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY APN 016-360-116 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of Chico, pursuant to its Resolution No. 27-26, adopted on May 5, 2026, entitled "Resolution Of Intention Of The City Council Of The City Of Chico To Abandon And Vacate A Portion Of Eaton Road Public Right-Of Way Pursuant To The Public Streets, Highways, And Service Easements Vacation Law (APN: 016-360-116)" will hold a public hearing on June 2, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber, Chico Municipal Center, 421 Main Street, Chico, California, to determine whether said abandonment is in the public's interest. A copy of the resolution hereinabove mentioned is on file in the Office of the City Clerk, 411 Main Street, Chico, California, and may be inspected during regular business hours. All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing.
