Liberty Utilities Park Water 2025 Urban Water Management Plan incorporates its Water Shortage Contingency Plan.The 2025 Urban Water Management Plan and Water Shortage Contingency Plan were prepared pursuant to the "Urban Water Management Planning Act" and the California Water Code.
