EL TORO WATER DISTRICTNOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGENERGY SERVICES AGREEMENT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the El Toro Water District (“ETWD”) will hold a public hearing during its regularly scheduled public meeting on May 28, 2026, or as soon thereafter as the Agenda permits, in the ETWD Board Room at 24251 Los Alisos Blvd, Lake Forest, to consider entering into one or more energy services agreements with a provider for the design, installation, operation, and maintenance of battery energy storage systems at District facilities. At the public hearing, the Board will consider adopting findings pursuant to California Government Code section 4217.12 regarding the anticipated cost savings, operational benefits, and other public benefits associated with the proposed project and agreement(s).
The proposed agreement(s) and supporting documentation will be available for public review as part of the regular Board agenda materials for the May 28, 2026 Board meeting.
