NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the El Toro Water District (“ETWD”) will hold a public hearing during its regularly scheduled public meeting on May 28, 2026, or as soon thereafter as the Agenda permits, in the ETWD Board Room at 24251 Los Alisos Blvd, Lake Forest, to consider ETWD’s proposed 2025 Urban Water Management Plan (“UWMP”) and 2025 Water Shortage Contingency Plan (“WSCP”), in advance of their proposed adoption.The public hearing is being held in accordance with the Urban Water Management Planning Act (California Water Code Sections 10610 through 10656; herein referred to as the “Act”). The Act requires “every urban water supplier providing water for municipal purposes to more than 3,000 customers or supplying more than 3,000 acre-feet of water annually” to prepare, adopt, and file a UWMP with the California Department of Water Resources and review and update its UWMP every five years.
