This increase will be phased in beginning as early as 2028 through 2035.1 The actual impact will vary based on usage, baseline territory and other factors.ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONAn administrative law judge will hold hearings, consider evidence, testimony, and public comments before drafting a proposed decision on this application.
