CITY OF MILL VALLEYNOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGON PROPOSED SEWER CHARGES FOR THE RATE PERIOD FISCAL YEAR 2026-2027 THROUGH FISCAL YEAR 2030-2031
On Monday, June 1, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, the Mill Valley City Council will hold a public hearing during its regularly scheduled meeting in the City Council Chambers at 26 Corte Madera Avenue, Mill Valley, California to consider adopting proposed rate adjustments and increases to the City of Mill Valley’s sewer service charge . The Council welcomes and will consider input from all interested persons regarding the proposed rate adjustments and increases at the public hearing. The proposed sewer service charges and rate study are posted on the City website at https://www.cityofmillvalley.gov/579/Sewer-Rate-Information, and can also be made available by contacting the Public Works Department at publicworks@cityofmillvalley.gov.
