OCEANSIDE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Community Development Commission of the City of Oceanside will conduct a PUBLIC HEARING on WEDNESDAY, MAY 06, 2026 AT 6:00 PM , or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Council Chambers of the Civic Center, 300 North Coast Highway, Oceanside, California, to consider the following: ADOPTION OF INCLUSIONAY HOUSING ORDINANCE, (CHAPTER 14C OF THE OCEANSIDE CITY CODE) REVISIONS TO INCLUDE MODIFICATIONS SUGGESTED BY THE CALIFORNIA COASTAL COMMISSION The proposed project is categorically exempt pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3), the commonsense exemption, the proposed text amendment does not have the potential for causing a significant effect on the environment and is therefore exempt from CEQA. Any local decision on a project located within the CCC appeal jurisdiction may also be appealed to the California Coastal Commission (CC) within 10 working days of CCC receipt of the City's Notice of Final Action (NOFA). You may review the file relating to this item at the Planning Division, 300 North Coast Highway, during regular weekday office hours, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Friday.
