CITY OF OCEANSIDECITY COUNCILNOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Oceanside will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, May 6, 2026 , at 6:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Council Chambers of the Civic Center, 300 North Coast Highway, Oceanside, California, to consider the following: INTRODUCTION OF AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OCEANSIDE, CALIFORNIA, ADDING ARTICLE V TO CHAPTER 17 OF THE CITY CODE RELATING TO ILLEGAL FIREWORKS ABATEMENT For further information on this item, contact Blake Dorse, Fire Battalion Chief, at 760-435-4086 or email at bdorse@oceansideca.org . The agenda and staff report will be available Friday, May 1, 2026, before the public hearing. You may view this information on the City’s website at www.oceansideca.org by clicking on City Council Agenda/Minutes and the May 6, 2026, Staff Reports.
