American Towers LLC is proposing to increase the top height of an existing telecommunications tower from 69 feet to a new overall height of 84 feet and increase the ground space for an existing telecommunications tower compound by 20’-11” x 13’-7”, along with a 30ft buffer surrounding the current and proposed lease area, at 14050 Pleasant Valley Road, Penn Valley, Nevada County, CA 95946, APN 050-370-042-000. American Towers LLC seeks comments from all interested persons on any potential significant impact the proposed action could have on the quality of the human environment pursuant to 47 C.F.R. Section 1.1307, including potential impacts to historic or cultural resources that are listed or eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places.
