CITY OF PLEASANT HILL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY COUNCIL ANNUAL UPDATE OF MASTER FEE SCHEDULE CITYWIDE, CITY OF PLEASANT HILL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the City of Pleasant Hill (City) that the City Council will conduct a public hearing to consider approving an increase and other revisions and clarifications for City service fees set forth in the City's Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Master Fee Schedule. On May 20, 2003 City Council Resolution #51-03 was adopted to adjust the City's Master Fee Schedule and to allow fees to increase annually by the Consumer Price Index ("CPI"). The proposed CPI increase for the upcoming fiscal year is 2.5 percent based on the State of California's published year-over-year percentage increase (February value) for the San Francisco-Oakland-Hayward geographical area. By law, user fees may not exceed the reasonable cost of service for which they are collected. THE PUBLIC HEARING will be held by the City Council with a start time of 7:00 P.M. on June 15, 2026 in the City Council Chambers, 100 Gregory Lane, Pleasant Hill in accordance with the Ralph M. Brown Act. Interested persons will be heard at this time.
