NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Poway will hold a Public Hearing to consider the following item: Appeal (APL) 260001; an appeal of an Administrative Decision to Deny Boundary Adjustment Application BA 250002 (APNs 31761101 and 31444038), a proposal to modify the shared property boundary between two adjoining parcels located east of Starridge Park, north of Cree Drive and west of Pequot Drive in the Rural ResidentialA (RRA) zone to create a lot suitable for future subdivision. An appeal to the City Council of an administrative decision itself is not a project as defined under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), and CEQA does not apply to projects which a public agency rejects or disapproves pursuant to Section 15270 of the CEQA Guidelines.
