NOTICE OF CITY COUNCILPUBLIC HEARINGNOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Poway will hold a Public Hearing to consider the following item: Appeal (APL) 26-0001; an appeal of an Administrative Decision to Deny Boundary Adjustment Application BA 25-0002 (APNs 317-611-01 and 314-440-38), a proposal to modify the shared property boundary between two adjoining parcels located east of Starridge Park, north of Cree Drive and west of Pequot Drive in the Rural Residential-A (RR-A) zone to create a lot suitable for future subdivision.
