Public hearing on water management plans in Poway.

NOTICE OF CITY COUNCILPUBLIC HEARINGNOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Poway will hold three separate Public Hearings to consider the following items: Updates to the City of Poway's 2025 Water Shortage Contingency Plan (WSCP), Updates to the 2025 Urban Water Management Plan (UWMP), and Resolution adopting the 2025 updates to the WSCP and UWMP. The UWMP includes evaluations of historical and future water supplies and demands, the reliability of those supplies, and descriptions of water conservation and water management activities. The UWMP also incorporates the WSCP, which details how the City will respond in the event of an actual water shortage. and WSCP An electronic copy of the Draft 2025 UWMP will be available no later than May 1, 2026 for public review on the City's webpage at poway.org/317/Water or at the City of Poway, Public Works Administration, 14467 Lake Poway Road, Poway, CA.
