NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Rancho Palos Verdes will conduct a public hearing on May 19, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. The regular meeting of the City Council for May 19, 2026 will be conducted through an in-person attendance of members of the City Council and staff at Hesse Park, McTaggart Hall, 29301 Hawthorne Boulevard and via teleconference using the Zoom platform and broadcast live on the City's website at rpvca.gov/agendas and on PVPtv channels Cox 35 and Frontier FiOS 39. Public participation will be available in-person and the virtual platform. The City Council will consider the following:Whether to amend Resolution No. 2025-35, the City Council-adopted Master Schedule of Fees, to consider establishing new and/or amended fees and charges for certain specific services provided by the City.If you have any comments or concerns about the proposed fees, please communicate those thoughts in writing to Vina Ramos, Director of Finance, by noon on Monday, May 11, 2026. Please note that written materials, including emails, submitted to the City are public records and may be posted on the City’s website. Accordingly, you may wish to omit personal information from your written materials as it may become part of the public record. All written comments submitted after noon on May 11, 2026, will be provided to the City Council as late correspondence.
If you would like the opportunity to review the proposed Master Schedule of Fees and Charges, it is on file in the Finance Department, 30940 Hawthorne Boulevard, Rancho Palos Verdes, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM Monday through Thursday, and from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM Friday. Additionally, the proposed Master Schedule of Fees and Charges, and the proposed Fully Burdened Rate Schedule, is available for viewing on the City’s website ( http://rpvca.gov/1012/Taxes-and-Fees . The May 19, 2026 City Council staff report will be available on May 13, 2026.
