West Valley Water DistrictPublic Hearing Notice2025 San Bernardino Valley Regional Urban Water Management Plan and District Water Shortage Contingency PlanNotice is hereby given that on May 21, 2026 at 6:00 P.M. in the District Boardroom, 855 Baseline Road, Rialto, CA 92376, the West Valley Water District's Board of Directors will conduct a public hearing to receive public comments and consider adoption of the Draft 2025 San Bernardino Valley Regional Urban Water Management Plan (2025 RUWMP) and the District's Draft Water Shortage Contingency Plan (WSCP). Following the public hearing, the District's Board of Directors may adopt the Draft 2025 RUWMP and Draft WSCP with recommended modifications, if any, as a result of public input.The Draft 2025 RUWMP provides a comprehensive description of the San Bernardino Valley water resources and documents District's plans to ensure adequate water supplies to meet existing and future demands under a range of water supply conditions, including water shortages. The Draft WSCP documents District's plans to manage and mitigate an actual water shortage condition, should one occur because of drought or other impacts on water supplies.A copy of the Draft 2025 RUWMP and Draft WSCP be available for public review beginning in April 2026 and can be downloaded at www.WVWD.org or viewed at the District office at 855 Baseline Road, Rialto CA 92376.
