NOTICE OF ELECTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORSOF ELSINORE VALLEY MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT OF RIVERSIDECOUNTY TO HAVE CHARGES FOR SEWER SERVICE FOR THE2026-2027 FISCAL YEAR COLLECTED ON THE TAX ROLLAND OF THE TIME OF THE HEARING ON THE WRITTENREPORT REGARDING SUCH CHARGES
On March 12, 2026, a report was filed with the Secretary of the Board of Directors of Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District of Riverside County (the “District”). Said report contains a description of each domestic, non-commercial parcel of real property to which the District provides sewer service, but not water service, and the amount of the charge for sewer service to each parcel for the 2026-2027 fiscal year. On that date, the Board of Directors of the District adopted a resolution electing to have such sewer charges collected on the tax roll.
On Thursday, May 28, 2026 at 4:00 o’clock p.m., at the District Office, 31315 Chaney Street, Riverside, California, the Board of Directors of the District will hold a hearing on the report. At that hearing, the Board of Directors will hear and consider all objections or protests, if any, to the report. Upon the conclusion of the hearing, the Board of Directors may adopt, revise, change, reduce or modify any such charge or overrule any and all objections.The Press-EnterprisePublished: 5/14, 5/21/26
